That being said, I have to disagree with the short clip you have today. Not the facts behind it. The Shieks of Iran and S.A. do have a plethora of wealth.
However it is not like a) we did not promote this capitialist approach for the consumption of oil in the Middle East; b) their wealth would have to been around much longer than our gas prices being at $2.75/gallon, otherwise that is some DAMN fast building and manufacting; and c) its not like we, Americans, wouldn't and don't do the same thing when we see a high profit margin.

This has been giong on for years, when gas was less than a dollar, too. The point I was trying to make was that it is time that we produce our own oil so that we don't need them. the price will surely be less than what it is today, and even if it isn't, at least we're not funding nations that are determined to destroy us.
